Event Photography Terms & Conditions
Thank you for considering ITM Photos to photograph your event. My goal is to provide a professional, enjoyable experience while capturing the moments that make your event memorable. The following terms outline what you can expect throughout the booking process and on the day of your event.

Please review the following terms before booking your event photography.
Booking & Confirmation
Submitting an event inquiry does not guarantee your event date. Your reservation is confirmed only after availability has been verified and both parties have agreed to the photography services.
Event Coverage
Photography coverage begins and ends at the times agreed upon during booking. If additional coverage is requested on the day of the event, every effort will be made to accommodate it, subject to availability.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including the schedule, location, parking instructions, and any important moments or individuals that should receive special attention.

If venue restrictions or event policies limit photography, ITM Photos cannot be held responsible for missed images resulting from those limitations.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. An event is not considered booked until the retainer has been received and your booking has been confirmed by ITM Photos.

The remaining balance is due prior to the start of your scheduled photography coverage. If the balance has not been paid before coverage is scheduled to begin, ITM Photos reserves the right to delay or decline photography services until payment has been received.

Accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process.
Weather
Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. If weather impacts the event schedule or location, ITM Photos will make every reasonable effort to continue coverage as conditions safely allow.
Image Editing & Delivery
Every delivered photograph is professionally edited for color, exposure, and overall quality. Most galleries are delivered within three business days unless otherwise communicated.
Copyright & Image Usage
ITM Photos retains the copyright to all photographs. Clients receive a license to use their images for personal or organizational purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Images may not be sold, altered, or submitted for commercial advertising without written permission from ITM Photos.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed upon before the event, ITM Photos may use photographs from the event for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, or promotional purposes.

If privacy or confidentiality is required, please discuss those needs before booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If an event must be canceled or rescheduled, please notify ITM Photos as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate a new date based on availability.
Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to capture all requested moments, unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of ITM Photos, including weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, may affect coverage. In such situations, liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography services.
